Shipping and Returns
We deliver to France and Italy only at this moment.
Bizen products are sent directly from Japan, exclusively via International ePacket, a Japan Post air delivery service with tracking number.
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the package. For example, the delivery cost for a piece of Bizen soap (120g) is 7 Euros.
Delivery is estimated to take 8 working days and is given as an estimate that remains dependent on the carrier. Bizen is therefore not responsible for any delay in delivery.
The delivery fee cannot be reimbursed if the delivery is delayed.
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the products that you do not wish to keep. The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for the return. The sending fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.
When you confirm your order on our site, you can pay your purchases in several ways:

- Via PayPal
Our site does not allow payments in installments. The amount of your purchases will be debited when you confirm your order.
